GITEX Africa, the continent’s premier tech and innovation event, is back for the 3rd edition in 2025 from April 14-16 in Marrakech, Morocco.

A few months after the close of Gitex Global 2024, a global showcase for emerging technologies that attracted more than 200,000 participants, Dubai reaffirmed its futuristic leadership ambitions with the Dubai Future Forum conference, held on November 19 and 20. This event, though less marked by spectacular demonstrations, was equally strategic, bringing together over 2,500 experts to discuss and explore the major technological challenges of tomorrow.

Founders, investors and tech leaders from around the globe are heading to Dubai this October for Expand North Star 2024, GITEX GLOBAL’s powerhouse startup show. The four-day event, which will take place from October 13-16 in Dubai Harbour, aims to help startups and exhibitors secure business deals, attract investments and expand their networks.

The unmistakable feeling in the air at this year’s edition of GITEX Africa was “bigger, better and more meaningful”. In a year when African startup events and conferences have become routine, the exhibition and conference managed to retain and grow a real sense of value.
