How have a work / life balance with a busy fully booked business
Before we tackle the concept of work/ life balance, let me quickly explain the concept of being fully booked. The desire to go from overlooked to fully booked® isn’t about ego. It’s not about a static end point either (technically, it’s not even a requirement to actually want to be fully booked). Rather, it’s a movement, a mission, an intention.

Six reasons why Ghent, a city of just 300,000 people, might be the next big thing
Nothing could have prepared me for this moment. Here. Right now, writing a "hear me out" piece about Belgium, of all places. But here we are. Now say Ghent five times fast, and hear me out. Ghent does not look anything like “Belgium's answer to Silicon Valley.” It’s not a valley, granted. Far less self-driving cars. And, thankfully, fewer quarter zip vests. Yet here I am, marking my fourth new beginning in the past decade– following Barcelona, Amsterdam, and most recently, Berlin.

Reshaping company culture to promote sustainable work-life balance
Reshaping corporate culture requires visionary leadership and a strong commitment to long-term success. I have led transformational change at companies including Porsche and BMW, as well as in early-stage and growing companies. It is clear to me that effective leadership begins by creating an environment that encourages challenge and autonomy while supporting personal and professional growth.

Robot interviewers: How recruitment is evolving for Gen Z professionals
For Gen Z, aka digital natives, the idea of seeing a job advertisement in a newspaper, writing a physical CV with pen and paper (or a typewriter if you were lucky) and sending it off via post sounds prehistoric.
