The event continues to break down borders and becomes global. This year, the Startup Tour is 3 times more ambitious with 12 local competitions and 3 final breakdowns on 3 continents.
Each entrepreneur can apply in the area they want to develop and implant their company.
PRIZE $100k VALUE:
– A one-year FrenchFounders membership (for 1 person)
– Mentoring sessions by FrenchFounders members

– One desk at the Foundery co-working space in New York for 1 year (value US$ 8,000)

Where and How?
A committee of industry experts, investors, executives, and educators will review all the applications and select 5 startups to compete in each local competition:
Americas:
San Francisco (June 5), Montreal (June 6), Mexico (June 11), Los Angeles (June 12)New York (June 13), Paris (June 18), Boston (June 20)
Europe:
Paris (June 18), London (Mai 21), Madrid (July 3)
Asia-Pacific:
Paris (June 18), Hong Kong (May 23), Singapour (Mai 30), Shanghai (June 3)
Following the local competitions, 1 startup from each city will be selected to pitch at the final competition in New York (US), Paris (EU) or Hong Kong (APAC) in September 2019.
APPLICATION RULES: DO YOU QUALIFY?
To apply the startup has to meet 3 out of 4 of these criteria:
- Be working on a new technology, product or service, or an innovative application of an existing technology.
- Be a team composed of two or more people working on the startup full-time.
- Be working on a project that would have a significant impact on your target industry and society, or the environment in general.
- Be in a growth phase.
The *Francophone startup* has to meet these 3 *mandatory criteria*:
- One of the startup’s founders must be a French speaker.
- The startup must have a presence in the city in which they are competing at the local level, or plan to establish a presence there in the near future.
- Have raised or generate a revenue between US$1 million ($US100k for APAC Competition) and US$15 millions
The *Anglophone startup* (Americas competition only) has to meet these *3 mandatory criteria*:
- One of the startup’s founders must be a English speaker.
- The startup must have a presence in France or plan to establish a presence there in the near future.
- Have raised or generate a revenue between US$1 million and US$15 millions.
